Shipping policy
Shipping of goods is generally only possible to the countries listed below. Shipping is via DHL or UPS. The applicable shipping costs can be found below.
If you wish shipping to another country, please email us before
placing an order (headoffice@qmsmedicosmetics.com) and provide the item, quantity, delivery address including country and corresponding postal code. We will inform you promptly whether we can ship to the desired country and – if delivery to the requested address is possible – let you know the shipping costs, as we must first check shipping options and costs with our logistics partner.
Shipping within Germany:
For orders with a gross merchandise value up to 7 euros, the flat shipping fee is 4.95 euros. If the gross merchandise value exceeds 7 euros, we ship free of charge throughout Germany. Delivery usually takes between 2 and 4 business days.
Express shipping: For orders placed Mon–Thu by 12 pm, we ship the same day. For orders placed Mon–Thu after 12 pm, shipping will be the next day. For orders with this option placed between Fri–Sun, we ship your order the following Monday. Express shipping costs a flat rate of 9.95 euros per order. Please note that we cannot offer this option for hazardous goods.
Shipping to Switzerland:
For orders with a gross merchandise value up to 35 euros, the flat shipping fee is 4.95 euros. If the gross merchandise value exceeds 35 euros, we ship free of charge within 3-5 business days.
Shipping to all other EU countries:
For orders with a gross merchandise value up to 35 euros, the flat shipping fee is 4.95 euros. If the gross merchandise value exceeds 35 euros, we ship free of charge within 2-8 business days.
