Cancellation policy

At QMS Medicosmetics, we want you to enjoy your skincare products with complete confidence. If something does not meet your satisfaction, we offer you a transparent and customer-friendly return policy.

1. Right of Withdrawal – 30 Days
You have the right to cancel your order within 30 days without providing any reason.

2. Conditions for Returns

  • Unopened Products: For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept opened or used products for return.
  • Original Condition: Items must be returned unopened, undamaged, and in their original packaging.
  • Proof: Please include your order confirmation or proof of purchase.

3. Damaged or Faulty Products

  • Contact our customer service within 7 days of receipt of the goods.
  • If possible, send a photo of the damaged product or packaging.
  • We offer you free replacement or a full refund.

4. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at headoffice@qmsmedicosmetics.com with your order number and the reason for return.
  2. Package the products securely to avoid transport damage.
  3. Send the items to the following address:

Once received, we will inspect the return and confirm the refund.

5. Refund

  • After inspection, we will usually refund the amount within 7–10 business days via the original payment method.
  • Shipping costs will only be refunded if the return is due to an error on our part.

6. Exceptions
The following items are excluded from withdrawal:

  • already opened or used products
  • gift sets where individual products have been opened
