Refund policy

RECEIPT OF DELIVERY

1. if goods are delivered with obvious damage to the packaging or contents, the buyer/customer must complain about this immediately to the carrier/forwarder and refuse acceptance. In addition, we as the seller must be informed immediately.

2. obvious material defects, incorrect deliveries and deviations in quantity of the delivered goods must be reported in writing as soon as possible after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing within the statutory warranty period after their discovery.

3. the buyer/customer has the statutory rights in the event of a justified notice of defects. The buyer/customer must use the original packaging if possible for the return shipment in the event of a justified repair, replacement or withdrawal (rescission of the contract). The buyer/orderer must pay compensation for loss or deterioration of the goods up to the arrival of the rejected goods at the seller. The costs of returning the rejected goods to the seller shall be borne by the buyer/orderer.
