WHAT IS THE DIFFERENCE BETWEEN QMS AND CONVENTIONAL SKINCARE COSMETICS?

We aim for long-term results to improve the appearance of the skin, combat skin problems and slow down the ageing process. We work with a large number of skin-identical active ingredients that we can apply to the skin in a controlled manner without damaging the skin barrier.

WHY SHOULD I CLEAN MY SKIN IN THE MORNING IF IT DOESN'T GET DIRTY OVERNIGHT?

The skin also works at night and deposits a lot of oil and sebum on the surface. It is important to remove this excess in the morning so that the day care can work optimally.

WHY DO I NEED A TONIC?

Toner removes the last residues from the surface of the skin that the cleansing product has not removed. The tonic/facial toner also refines the pores and tightens the skin.

WHEN WILL I SEE THE FIRST RESULTS OF A QMS ROUTINE?

The skin needs 120 days to regenerate sustainably (skin cell regeneration takes 4 x 28 days.) However, the first results are visible after just one month. Of course, this depends very much on the original condition of the skin.

AT WHAT INTERVALS DOES AN IN-DEPTH QMS TREATMENT MAKE SENSE?

Every 4 to 6 weeks. Algae modelling is a very important component in the QMS system because it optimizes moisture absorption.

WHAT DOES THE QMS COLLAGEN TREATMENT DO?

Collagen is one of the most important proteins in the human organism. Among the factors that control the skin's moisture content, collagen is responsible for 60 % of this process. With increasing age, the skin produces less collagen. Balancing collagen therefore makes perfect sense to maintain the skin's functionality, elasticity and suppleness. The skin remains young and radiant.

WHAT DOES THE HYALURONIC ACID IN DAY AND NIGHT COLLAGEN DO?

Day and Night Collagen contains a synergistic complex of native soluble collagen and hyaluronic acid with very low, low and high molecular weights. The high molecular weight hyaluronic acid forms a protective film on the skin, making it smooth and soft. The low molecular weight hyaluronic acid penetrates the skin and plumps up the intercellular tissue.

SHOULD I USE CELLULAR SUN PROTECTION SPF 50 UNDER OR OVER MY DAY CREAM?

An additional day care product is not necessary because Cellular Sun Protection itself is already a complete day care product.

HOW LONG WILL THE 30 ML COLLAGEN SET LAST?

Each of the products in the Collagen Set is very economical and lasts for 2 - 3 months if used daily.

CAN I COMBINE QMS PRODUCTS WITH OTHER SKIN CARE PRODUCTS?

No problem, as long as none of the products contain mineral oils or silicones.

HOW DO I CREATE A RETURN?

The buyer/orderer must use the original packaging if possible for the return shipment due to a justified repair, replacement or withdrawal (reversal of the contract). The costs for returning the rejected goods to the seller shall be borne by the customer.

WHAT DO I HAVE TO DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?

Obvious material defects, incorrect deliveries and deviations in quantity of the delivered goods must be reported in writing as soon as possible after receipt. Hidden defects must be reported to us in writing within the statutory warranty period after their discovery.
